View and Update Security Methods with MFA

Instructions

1. Once in your Password Settings within ctcLink (if you need help getting to Password Settings tile Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication Recovery Options)
2. Update the various security methods by selecting from the listed options.
   • Password - Reset
   • Okta Verify - Set up
   • Google Authenticator - Set up
   • Phone - Set up another
   • Current phone number - Remove
   • Security Question
