Help, I Forgot My Password

Password Support

Default Format

• cptc + ddMmmyyyy (birthdate with letters all lowercase, except for the first letter of the 3 character month
  • example: a student born on June 8, 1999 = cptc08Jun1999
• Change your password immediately to prevent misuse of your account.

Reset

If you have forgotten your password, you can do any of the following to reset it:

1. Visit the Microsoft Password Reset page at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com to reset it. 
2. Use a password reset kiosk located in Building 23 (ASG), the Library Computer Lab in Building 15 Room 104, or South Hill Campus lobby.
3. For additional assistance, call the Library Computer Lab at 253-589-5820.
