How to view your ticket(s) History

 

How to access Ticket history

  1. Log into TeamDynamix
  2. From the “IT Ticketing & “Self Help” Articles Tab
  3. Select “Your Support Tickets”

 

 

 

   4. A new page will appear with a history of each ticked submitted.

  1. View Ticket
  2. Re-open Ticket
  3. Add Comments
  4. Cancel Request
