Purpose
To help employees understand how to view their benefits summary in ctcLink
Navigation: Employee Self Service (homepage) > Benefit Details (tile) > Benefits Summary
Instructions
Step 1: Go to the ctcLink Login page and log in. (Enter your ctcLink ID and password)
Step 2: Click on HCM Self-Service the select the Benefit Details tile
Step 3: Select the Benefits Summary tab on the left. If there is a (>) mark at the end of a benefit row then there may be additional details available about that benefit. Select anywhere within the row to see the additional details on a new page.
Note: If a different As Of date is desired, past or future, select a date and select Refresh.
