  1. Select the Admissions tile.

  1. The Application Status page displays.
  2. Select Request Information.

  1. The Request Information page displays.
  2. Select Next.

  1. The Request Information page displays.
  2. Select Add.

  1. The Request Information page displays.
  2. Enter the desired Academic Institution, Academic Career, and Campus values.
  3. Select OK.

  1. The Request Information page displays.
  2. Select Next.

  1. The Academic Interests page displays.
  2. Select Add.

  1. Select the magnifying glass and select the desired Academic Interest from the list displayed.

Look Up Academic Interests page

  1. Select Next.

  1. The Test Results page displays.
  2. Select Add.

Test Results page

  1. The Test Results page displays.
  2. Select the magnifying glass in the Test Name editable field and select the desired Test from the list displayed. Select the desired Test Component. Enter the desired Test Score and Test Date. Select the desired Academic Level at Test Date value.
  3. Select OK.

  1. The Test Results page displays.
  2. Select Next.

  1. The Submit page displays.
  2. Select Submit.

Submit page

  1. A confirmation page displays.

Confirmation page

  1. Process complete.
