Clear Cache and Cookies

To help students. faculty and staff troubleshoot in ctcLink. The first action when you run into a problem within ctcLink will be to clear your browser's cache and cookies. 

Keyboard Shortcuts for clearing cache and cookies:
Keyboard shortcut for Windows: CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE
Keyboard shortcut for Mac:  [OPTION] + [COMMAND] + [E]


Step 1: Select the lock icon in your browser's top search bar. Then click on Cookies

Step 2: In the Cookies in use list select the arrow in front of Then click on cookies then click Remove

Step 3: If you have more than one address then click each one then click Remove. Once the cookies are removed click Done

Additional Information

This can solve some issues regarding missing tiles or updated permissions that need to be refreshed by clearing cache and cookies.
